Garda Lake

From Peschiera, Lazise, ​​Bardolino, Garda, up to Malcesine, choose the place to visit based on how far you want to go, they are all beautiful locations! Did you know that Lake Garda bathes three cities? Verona, Brescia, Trento.
From Malcesine, during the summer season, you can get a cable car that will take you up to Monte Baldo.

Valeggio sul Mincio e Borghetto

Borghetto is one of my favourite places. It is a very small village but really particular. Near Borghetto, there is Valeggio sul Mincio, which is famous for its "tortellini of Valeggio "and for the Castle.
In Valeggio you will find a naturalistic park of 60 hectares: Sigurtà Park.
You can access the park buying the ticket, and is the ideal place for a spring picnic. Magnificent!

Valpolicella and the vineyards

Beautiful hills a few kilometers from Verona.
They give the name to the homonymous Valpolicella wine, but the VIP of the area is undoubtedly the "Amarone" wine or the sweet "Recioto".

Several wine cellar organize tours and tastings. It is better to book your tour in advance; here are some names:

Not only the Valpolicella wine ...

The most famous wine of Verona is produced in Valpolicella; but there are excellent DOC wines produced in the cellars of Custoza (its famous white wine DOC), Soave (white wine DOC) or Bardolino wine (red wine DOC), in Bardolino you can also visit the wine museum.
